Blood, Roses and Kisses

So, I’m sorry that I didn’t have the chance to post the things we did when we were in Hong Kong. It was just, so many wonderful things flooded my mind and our schedule was so hectic that I didn’t have time to pause and post on my blog because there are so many places to go to and stuffs to capture on our camera. And if I would post about it all, it would be a novel and would take ages. So I decided to just make an article about it instead just a blog post. We’re finally back at our place now and currently relaxing from the tiring trip on that miraculous place called Hong Kong. Before we left, we went shopping, and as Hong Kong was one of the shopping capitals of the world, we were totally overwhelmed of all the things we wanted to buy. I bought clothes, bags, some accessories and stuff for mom. They’re all purdy, I love them.

On a sad note, one of our classmates, Michael, who didn’t come with us in Hong Kong, had an accident on his motorbike. We heard it was a bit serious, and that he’s still on the hospital and currently in coma. I immediately felt pity, he wasn’t that close to me but still, he almost died! He lost many blood and they’re currently looking for donors and donations. His blood type was sort of hard to find (type AB), I’m even Type “O”. I pray that he’ll recover soon and survive this situation. People should always be careful on the road. Kudos to Michael! *salute*

On a happier note, someone sent me roses! *FAINT* There was no card so I don’t know who it’s from. It’s not three, not twelve but a bouquet of roses! I can’t count it, oh my god! I can’t think of anyone who would send roses as beautiful as them. He might a stalker, oh no, but what the heck, the flowers were divine and so pretty. I wish they would introduce themselves to me, I won’t bite! LOL. So, if the one who sent the flowers is also reading my blog, I want to say thank you very much, and I like them. Hope you’ll introduce yourself soon!

And lastly, I watched the epic movie TITANIC which ended up minutes ago just for fun. I’m tired of all the movies I got here but realized that Titanic is the sort of movie that you won’t tire out from watching. Jack and Rose’s love story is very pure and unconditional and their every kiss was so enchanting. As I’m writing this, I’m listening to the Christian Song “Breathe You In’’, which can also be a very touching love song. It suddenly entered my mind, when was the last time mom and dad kissed? I don’t want to see not, ew! But I wonder if their love was same with Jack and Rose, like they’re dependent of each other. Like dad is an elisa kit manufacturer and mom is a patient, like dad is the water and mom’s the food. I know I’m being very weird, but what I’m trying to say is like no one can live without the other. It’s so sweet, and divine. This is what they call love. Cherroels!

HONG KONG TRIP PART 1

Hurray for school and the free trip price for our class! We had a contest in school and guess what? WE WON, yes, read it right, we’re the winners. My classmates and I are very excited and happy, even when we were just at the airport. The flight was terrifying, it was my first time to ride a plane, but survived, miraculously. And then, our feet reached HONG KONG soil. The place was just so amazing, it took our breath away. The place was so clean, it looked so foreign and our eyes can’t get enough of the beautiful sceneries.

Almost all of our classmates, including me, brought digital cameras. Of course, no one would want to miss this sort of opportunity. And no one would want these pictures not to be posted on their Facebook accounts (LOL). And so, when we arrived on our hotel, it was a riot figuring out who’s with whom in a room. In the end, I was stuck with Rachel and Emma and they were very nice roommates, they’re very friendly and they don’t let their stuffs be a mess, just like mine. But we can’t be locked in our rooms for the rest of the day, we demanded on our teachers for a stroll all around Lam Tsuen. As usual, our cameras were clicking overtime with all those views that we need to capture.

Mallory and I goofed on the shops and on everything that we passed; everyone was laughing and having a good time. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate and it rained cats and dogs. We were forced back to our hotel and watched the whole of Hong Kong on our rain-stained windows. Mallory visited me in my room and we spent the useless afternoon chatting on my bed while Emma and Rachel preferred to sleep it off because of jetlag. Mallory told me about how excited they were for her mom’s coming baby. It seemed that they already have numerous elisa test kit in the house for different purposes, keeping it handy in case of anything that might happen.

When it was time for dinner, we had authentic Chinese food and I loved it. I especially adored the strawberry sundae I specifically ordered and took a picture of it because we indulge into its delicious flavor. As it continued to rain (crap the weather), we can’t go visit our destinations for awhile, and so we were told to just rest the day off and we’ll be having a blast tomorrow. And thus, I hope tomorrow would indeed be a blast; I need to rest to gain enough energy goofing around on our trips. Wish me luck guys! Cherreols!

Yep, the 2nd movie from the Twilight Saga, I totally cannot wait for it. I love the books, yeah, but watching Robert Pattinson on the screen playing Edward, now that’s what I call a movie. And the new addition to the spotlight, well he was on part 1 but not “under” the spotlight, Taylor playing Jacob Black, Bella Swan’s best friend/lover? I can’t believe that he had became an instant hottie (check out the bods, dude) for just over a year? I thought they were going to replace him with Steven Strait for movie 2 but looks like he kept the role. I just hope he would give justice to the part, Jacob Black plays such an important role on all four books, Taylor needs to give his best.

Anyway, here it’ll be premiered at November 20 and I need tickets on the first day of showing. My friends and I will be the first to watch it of course; I’m not contented with the trailer. Maybe the movie won’t be as good as the imagination we all have while reading the books. In my opinion and experience, I was disappointed with Twilight, many cuts and torn out scenes…I wish they wouldn’t do the same for New Moon. But then, it might be the same with Harry Potter, the books are too long so they need to cut scenes and parts so it would fit the limited time for films. I totally felt disappointed with those movies, everyone’s not that fond of reading and it would be nice for them to know the whole story from the books through the films but it just won’t happen.

Enough of Twilight/New Moon, I also need to post something about my day; it was normal, same old same old, nothing special. Mrs. Greenleaf, Mallory’s mom, called this morning, thanking me for the elisa test kits I’ve told them about and confirmed that she’s expecting a baby. I congratulated her of course and felt envious of Mallory, it’s nice to have a baby in the house, and it lightens things up and makes everyone happy and mushy. I also went over to Rachel’s and borrowed her iPod, there was a cool KPOP song in there that I want to copy to my own iPod. I can’t believe it’s totally hooking, those Korean songs, even though I can’t even understand the foreign words.

AND speaking of KPOP, I adore the Korean girl group 2NE1! I loved their songs and the way they dance and their music videos; I can’t get my mind off “I Don’t Care”, I kept singing it during bath, at school, while eating and just every time! I looked for the English translation of the song and the meaning was even awesome (telling how awful some boyfriends could be). I might look for copies of 2NE1’s albums and keep playing it on my computer until the CD cracks big time! I just got over JPOP and those yummy Japanese male groups and here I am again, addicted to a new POP group which I can’t understand the songs they sing. But that’s life.

I need a bath right now, Eleanor will come over soon, we’re going to watch 90210 on cable, she said she’ll bring popcorn (love it!) so I agreed! Shall post again soon, and look at that! That’s quite a post isn’t it?! Cherroels!

I was so excited to make this post, we had Home Economics today and our activity was baking. I was dying to try this so I even came early for this class and prepared everything…I really mean EVERYTHING just to make this perfect. Of course, I’m going to make a “Strawberry-flavored cake”, you must know by now that I am totally obsessed with strawberries so you shouldn’t wonder.
So, when the class started, the slutty Jessica came over just to taunt me. She asked what cake me and my partner, Elizabeth (her name reminded me of the elisa kits), would be making and I told her it’s going to be strawberry. As usual, she dared me, saying it won’t taste like that but would taste more like mustard. Of course I dared her back, if she can’t make her peach cake then she’ll have to eat it whole, by herself only. She agreed and so the little competition began; I made it sure that I followed every instruction on the cook book, I can’t make a fool of myself in front of Jessica, even in front of Elizabeth. Fortunately, my partner was very supportive and helped me whenever I needed it.
At last, all of us were done and our teacher, Mrs. Johnson, became the jury for our cakes. And guess what? Me and Elizabeth did a good job, our strawberry cake tasted good, said Mrs. Johnson while Jessica’s cake turned out burned. Maybe she was too busy shooting airy looks at us to notice that her cake was getting overcooked. A sweet revenge for me and a sweet treat as well, I brought mom some of the cake and she even said I could be a great baker soon; I suddenly formed a new ambition now. Be a good…nope, a GREAT baker someday. Cherreols!

I hate the subject and I hate the professor, yep, that’s basically it. How am I supposed to answer a freaking question if I didn’t even know what it means? Math teachers are born to be mean and grumpy and very, very old. Gosh, I don’t know how my classmates can even stand him, well, the geeks does and they’re weird so no wonder. Hmmm, well, for a nicer part of my post, my mom bought me a new phone. My old one just “passed away” and I mourned for it (actually, I mourned for the pictures I never get to transfer to my computer from the phone’s memory card…so sad) and mildly hid it under my drawers. And we now proceed to my new phone (smirk); it’s very elegant, classy and pink.

It’s one of the latest models released by MOTOROLA and I immediately praised and respected my new phone. It’s my new soul mate, I totally love it so much…and I also love my mom for buying it, of course. Mallory called again asking about the elisa kits I’ve told her about, it looks like her other relatives are interested to it as well, so I’ve spent half the hour explaining what I can to her, though I doubt it if she understood “everything” I’ve said. But I loved it also when I managed to help her about something, you know it’s very hard to please Mallory but someone I found something that interests her and it makes us closer as friends. Nice, isn’t it?

One Hectic Nightout

Gosh, it had been such a unique night out yesterday. My friends and I went to watch an “end-of-the-world” themed movie and until now I can still see it in my mind. The creeps! I wasn’t able to sleep last night, what a mind-bugging movie, I think there’s something wrong with the director’s mind to do such a film. Anyway, we went to the new shopping mall and I’ve got to spend the latest income I’ve earned with the stuffs I’ve sold online. I bought lovely high-heeled sandals (very very lovely), a dashing silver dress and last but not the least, a new addition to my strawberry-designed bags. Mallory joked me if I would exchange the bag with the elisa kits and I just gave her that death-defying glare. After shopping, we ate at Harpy’s Grill and the grilled chicken was just plain awesome. I can’t describe it; I’ll definitely come back again at that place. So after that, we went home, experienced a head-blasting traffic jam (that’s what made the night hectic) and finally reached home. I was so exhausted to even change my clothes and just dived to my bed and feel instantly fast asleep.

Im Blessed I could help :)

Guess what? Mallory called today and she told me her mom loved the elisa kits I referred to them, her mom’s expecting herself to be pregnant so it sure helped I guess. In return, she told me she’ll treat me later on at the Cake shop, hurray! I totally love her now. Haha! So anyway, I’m off to go watch a movie with my friends this afternoon and later on we’ll be going shopping on the newest mall that just opened. I’ll have my chance to buy new stuffs and sell the old ones. I’ve earned fair enough so far, my Pay Pal account got stuffed last time I checked and that’s where I’m going to get the shopping money!

Oops! I need to go now; I still need to choose a dress. I’ll post again about our night out when I come back. And guys, don’t forget to subscribe! Cherreols!

My Exhausting Day

Today had been very TIRING, we had volleyball for P.E. this morning and it totally tired me out.

So, to be relaxed, I’ve spent the past two hours selling some of my items on my site and also putting them on bid on Ebay. I finally found out what elisakits could do and already referred it to those who might need it. Anyway, Albert told me that the cake shop near our school’s having an event and they might give discount on my favorite Strawberry delight, I’m drooling just by thinking about it.
I’ll pay the shop a visit later to confirm the news; I might smack Albert in the head if it’s not true. But if it’s true, then bless him, discount on cakes’ is the brightest news I’ve received so far today.

And gah! I totally need a short nap, I’m exhausted. This is all for today. I’ll post later on. Cherreols.
